Discounts

Last Minute Discounts: 10 % discount if departure date is within 21 days of booking date
Long Stay Discounts: 10 % discount if length of booking is equal to or more than 28 days (applies Jan, Feb, Mar, Apr, May, Sep, Oct, Nov, Dec only)
Early Bird Discounts: 10 % discount if departure date is more than 120 days after booking date.

You can use only one discount per booking.

These rental rates do not include the cost of cleaning. The following costs are payable for cleaning:
- 100 EUR for final cleaning
- 80 EUR for an interim cleaning (For a rental of 2 weeks or more one cleaning per week is obligatory.)
