You can find any type of shop and product in Marbella, ranging from the exclusive to the traditional. Marbella offers this complementary alternative to days spent on the beach. Here are some tips for shopping in Marbella:
Centro Plaza Shopping Centre is a convenient gathering of shops in Nueva Andalucía near the bullring.
A street market is held every Saturday morning, stretching from the Centro Plaza to Puerto Banus. You’ll find an incredible range of things, some intriguing antiques stalls and paintings, clothes, carpets, leather goods, fresh fruits and vegetables, plants and flowers…
If instead you're looking for luxury shopping, you can not miss out on Puerto Banus. Around the port you'll find world famous designer shops offering the most luxurious brands on the market.
You will find next to the port the only major department store in Marbella, El Corte Inglés selling absolutely everything you could possibly need. El Corte Inglès is considered the most convenient stop for a shop for most foreigner residents.
Located directly opposite the El Corte Ingles is Marina Banus, an indoor shopping complex with some more shops and cafes
Away from the frantic bustle of the shopping centers, the old town is a lovely place to to take time, relax, simply wander the streets and indulge in a spot of window shopping. If you are looking for something a little different, take a walk through the pedestrian streets of the old town and you will find lots of unique shops selling everything.
All along the main roads that runs through the town, Avenida Ramón y Cajal and Avenida Ricardo Soriano are a full range of high street stores.
La Cañada Shopping Centre, located outside Marbella's ring road, is the largest and probably the most popular mall in Marbella offering over 150 stores, a cinema and many other activities. It has free parking and everything under one roof.
