The living quarters

You enter the house by the front main entrance on a hall and stairwell-interlevel. A few steps take you down into a large, well-tailored living room which includes a living area and a dining area. The living area is equipped with an open chimney, air-conditioning and sliding windows that allow the access to various areas of the terraces and the private pool. The dining area is adjacent to the modern and well equipped kitchen. Beside the kitchen is a utility room with washing machine and dryer. The kitchen gives access to a patio which invites especially in windy conditions to protected staying outside.

First floor

On the first floor there is a very spacious private terrace and a wintergarden with an indiviually adjustable air conditioning. Big window areas offer a beautiful panorama-view over the mountain and the sea.

Ground floor bedroom

This bedroom (bed measures 180x200cm) is situated on the ground floor (on the same floor as the living quarters). The bedroom is “en suite” connected with a bathroom (fitted with double washbasin, WC, bidet and bathtub). The room has an individual air conditioning and marble heater. Through a big sliding window you have access to the pool-terrace.

Basement bedrooms

There are 2 further bedrooms in the basement. In each of them is a double bed (180x200cm and 160x200cm). Both bedrooms have air conditioning, marble heaters and sliding windows, which have access to a little loggia and the garden. On this floor is furthermore another separate bathroom with bathtub/shower, WC, bidet and double washbasin.
