Surroundings
Villa Vileva is situated in a closed residential estate with 19 free-standing, exclusive houses, at the top of a hill with views over Nueva Andalucia (with lots of golf courses) and only a few minutes away from the famous marina Puerto Banus.
The entry to this site has to be effected by a controlled closing, which can only be opened with a chip-card. For your security, a video surveillance has been installed. There is also street lighting.
The urbanisation is of high standard, very well and professionally kept. Through the site goes a private street. The neighbourhood is irenic, quiet and sophisticated. Most of these houses are inhabited by their owners.
The urbanisation isn’t only an ideal starting point for trips to the cultural an geographical belles of Andalusia and North Africa, but also for extended walks or beautiful hikes in the Sierra.

you can see La Concha, the mountain of Marbella, and the spacious centre of Marbella.
